Thanks a ton. I've been looking forward to this since reading about it at a few Paleo diet sites.

(And BTW, for all the people who want to get truly healthy, look into the paleo/Primal diet: books like, 'The Primal Blueprint', 'The Paleo Solution', and then documentaries like this and 'Fat Head'.)
